Any requirements for being a dealer?
Brand Shipment: The product package must be compliment with ULAND brand. Otherwise, it’s against the agreement to change the logo of package without authorization.
Market Report: Our distributor has to submit a detailed market report including analysis and user opinions every three months.
Brand Catalog: ULAND needs to appear on the dealer’s brochure regardless of electronic or paper forms.
Required Sales Amount: Distributors must make efforts to meet the agreed sales volume every year.
Exclusiveness: On no account should our dealers act on other brand’s behalf except ULAND during the agreement.
